What You’ll Be Doing
You will manage the operational coordination of talent engagements from pre-arrival through to performance completion and departure. You will act as a key point of contact for artists and their representatives, ensuring all requirements are understood, communicated, and delivered effectively.
You will prepare and manage artist schedules, call sheets, arrival details, transfers, accommodation, soundchecks, rehearsals, performances, and departures. You will coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure all talent, production, hospitality, and stage requirements are aligned ahead of each event.
On event days, you will oversee artist arrivals, backstage operations, soundchecks, stage timings, performance changeovers, and departures. You will monitor the running order, maintain clear communication with relevant teams, and respond quickly and professionally to any changes or unexpected issues.
You will work closely with the Production team to support technical requirements, stage readiness, equipment coordination, artist riders, and venue-specific operational needs. You will also help ensure that event procedures, venue standards, health and safety requirements, and professional conduct expectations are followed at all times.
You will maintain accurate records of schedules, requirements, contacts, incident reports, and post-event feedback. You will contribute to planning meetings, operational briefings, reporting, and continuous improvements to the talent and stage management process.
