Do you have a passion for music, entertainment, and discovering exceptional talent?
As a Jr Talent Booker at Savaya Group, you will support the planning and booking of artists, performers, and entertainment experiences across the group’s venues in Bali. You will work closely with the Talent, Events, Marketing, Production, and Operations teams to help deliver an exciting and consistently high-quality entertainment programme.

What You’ll Experience
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Gain hands-on experience in talent booking, artist relations, and entertainment programming
Research emerging and established artists, DJs, performers, and entertainment acts
Build relationships with artists, agents, managers, promoters, and industry partners
Support the development of entertainment programmes across Savaya Group venues
Work closely with hospitality, events, marketing, production, and operations teams
Develop your communication, negotiation, organisation, and commercial awareness skills
What You’ll Be Doing
You will support the Talent team with the research, sourcing, and booking of artists and performers for events and regular entertainment programming across Savaya Group venues.
You will assist with identifying suitable talent, researching artist profiles, reviewing availability, preparing booking information, and maintaining accurate records of contacts, rates, offers, contracts, and schedules. You will help ensure all information is organised and shared with the relevant internal teams.
You will communicate with artists, agents, managers, and industry partners in a timely and professional manner. You will support enquiries, availability checks, offers, negotiations, confirmations, and follow-up communication under the guidance of senior members of the Talent team.
You will also assist with coordinating contracts, travel arrangements, accommodation, transfers, technical requirements, hospitality riders, and other event details. You will monitor booking schedules, support reporting and administration, and help resolve issues to ensure each talent engagement is delivered smoothly.

Are you highly organised and able to manage multiple bookings, schedules, priorities, and deadlines?
Do you have strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to administration?
Are you comfortable researching talent and identifying entertainment opportunities?
Can you communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing?
Are you confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and online research tools?
Can you remain calm, flexible, and solution-focused in a fast-paced event environment?
Do you have previous experience in talent booking, artist relations, events, entertainment, hospitality, administration, or a similar role? Experience working with artists, agents, promoters, or talent agencies is a plus.
Are you available to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and event-based schedules when required?
