What You’ll Be Doing
You will welcome guests as they arrive at Savaya Group venues and help ensure that their first interaction is friendly, professional, efficient, and aligned with Savaya Group standards. You will assist with greeting guests, confirming booking details, directing arrivals, managing queues, and coordinating smooth entry into the venue.
You will provide clear and helpful information about venue layouts, opening hours, menus, facilities, experiences, events, packages, dress codes, access requirements, booking policies, and other relevant guest information. You will answer questions confidently or refer guests to the appropriate team member when additional support is required.
