As a Reservation Supervisor at Savaya Group, you will support the efficient management of reservations across our venues, restaurants, events, and guest experiences in Bali. You will supervise reservation activities, coordinate with internal departments, communicate with guests, and help ensure that every booking is handled accurately, professionally, and in line with Savaya Group standards.

What You’ll Experience
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

What You’ll Be Doing
You will supervise the day-to-day reservation process, helping ensure that bookings are received, recorded, confirmed, and communicated accurately. You will monitor reservation channels including telephone, email, online booking platforms, social media, messaging applications, and other guest communication channels.
You will respond to guest enquiries in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. You will provide accurate information about venue availability, opening hours, menus, experiences, packages, minimum spends, dress codes, access requirements, event details, and booking policies.
You will manage reservations, amendments, cancellations, waitlists, no-shows, deposits, prepayments, special requests, and guest preferences. You will ensure that all booking information is complete and up to date, including arrival times, group sizes, occasions, dietary requirements, accessibility needs, VIP details, and other relevant notes.
You will coordinate closely with Guest Experience, Service, Operations, Events, Finance, Security, Transport, and Management teams to ensure that reservation information is communicated clearly and acted upon. You will help prepare daily reservation reports, arrival lists, VIP lists, seating plans, booking summaries, and operational updates.
You will support the effective allocation of tables, seating areas, guest capacities, venue spaces, and time slots while considering operational requirements, guest preferences, event schedules, and commercial priorities. You will help maximise venue occupancy and revenue while maintaining a high standard of service and guest comfort.
You will supervise, guide, and support Reservation and Guest Experience team members during daily operations. This may include allocating tasks, monitoring response times, checking booking accuracy, providing coaching, supporting training, and helping the team manage busy periods or complex guest requests.
You will assist with handling guest feedback, service recovery, complaints, booking disputes, and operational issues. You will remain calm and solution-oriented, take appropriate action within your authority, and escalate matters to the relevant manager when required.
You will maintain accurate reservation records, guest profiles, contact details, payment information, reports, correspondence, and operational documentation. You will help ensure that guest information is handled confidentially and in accordance with company procedures and applicable data protection requirements.
Because you will represent Savaya Group in communications with guests and partners, you will remain professional, attentive, discreet, organised, and commercially aware. You will help create a welcoming first impression and ensure that reservation experiences reflect the venue’s standards, brand identity, and commitment to exceptional hospitality.

Can you remain calm, flexible, and solution-oriented when venues are busy, plans change, or guest expectations are complex?
Do you understand the importance of revenue awareness, occupancy management, service standards, accurate record keeping, and operational communication?
Can you work effectively with Guest Experience, Reservations, Service, Operations, Events, Finance, Security, Transport, and Management teams?
Can you communicate effectively in English? Additional language skills are welcome.
Are you available to work shifts, evenings, weekends, public holidays, and during special events when required?
Have you worked in reservations, guest relations, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, events, customer service, or venue operations? Supervisory experience is preferred, while relevant experience in a similar role is welcome.
