What You’ll Be Doing
You will support the end-to-end talent booking process, helping identify suitable artists and performers for Savaya Group venues, events, and entertainment programmes. You will research talent, review music and performance profiles, monitor market trends, and help maintain an up-to-date understanding of artists, agencies, promoters, and creative partners.
You will assist with contacting artists, agents, and managers to check availability, request information, communicate booking opportunities, and support the development of positive professional relationships. You will help prepare and share booking briefs, event details, performance requirements, proposed fees, schedules, hospitality arrangements, and other relevant information.
You will support the Talent and Entertainment teams with offers, negotiations, booking confirmations, contracts, invoices, deposits, settlements, and related administration. You will ensure that booking information is accurate, clearly documented, and communicated to the appropriate internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
You will liaise with Production, Technical, Operations, Guest Experience, Service, Security, Transport, and Food and Beverage teams to help ensure that confirmed talent requirements can be delivered effectively. You will maintain accurate talent databases, contact details, artist profiles, booking records, availability information, contracts, schedules, rate cards, event notes, and post-event feedback. You may also support reporting, market research, competitor and venue research, talent performance reviews, and recommendations for future programming.
During events and performances, you may assist with artist arrivals, check-ins, schedules, backstage requirements, soundchecks, performance preparations, and communication between talent and venue teams. You will help identify potential issues, support practical solutions, and escalate matters when required.
Because you will represent Savaya Group when communicating with artists and industry partners, you will remain professional, responsive, discreet, organised, and commercially aware.
