What You’ll Be Doing
You will support the end-to-end coordination of talent engagements, helping ensure that artists, performers, DJs, agents, production teams, and venue departments have the information and support required before, during, and after each event. You will assist with artist schedules, call times, arrivals, departures, rehearsals, soundchecks, performances, transfers, and venue access.
You will act as a professional and welcoming point of contact for talent and their representatives. You will communicate schedules, hospitality arrangements, technical requirements, dressing room details, transport information, performance timings, and operational updates clearly and in a timely manner.
You will liaise with internal teams to coordinate artist requirements and ensure that agreed arrangements are delivered accurately. This may include working with Entertainment, Production, Technical, Operations, Guest Experience, Service, Security, Transport, and Food and Beverage teams to support a smooth and positive talent experience.
During events and performances, you will remain available to support artists and respond to changing requirements. You will identify potential issues, assist with practical solutions, and escalate matters when required.
You will maintain accurate talent information, schedules, contact details, technical and hospitality requirements, itineraries, checklists, event notes, and other relevant documentation. You may also support talent research, artist briefings, contract or booking administration, guest list coordination, settlement processes, and post-event feedback.
Because you will represent Savaya Group directly, you will remain professional, discreet, calm, organised, and solution-focused when working with high-profile talent and busy event environments. You will help create a welcoming and well-managed experience for artists, guests, and team members while ensuring that talent engagements reflect the venue’s creative vision and operational standards.
