What You’ll Be Doing
You will coordinate the preparation and delivery of live performances, ensuring that artists, performers, production teams, and venue departments are aligned before, during, and after each show. You will help manage performance schedules, call times, rehearsals, soundchecks, stage preparations, changeovers, and show cues.
You will act as a key point of contact between the Entertainment, Production, Technical, Operations, Guest Experience, and Service teams. You will communicate schedules, performance requirements, running orders, technical information, and operational updates clearly and in a timely manner.
During performances and events, you will oversee stage and backstage activity, monitor show progress, coordinate cues and transitions, and respond to changing operational requirements. You will help ensure that performers, equipment, props, costumes, technical elements, and stage areas are prepared and managed appropriately.
You will support the safe and efficient operation of the stage and performance areas by following venue procedures, production plans, risk assessments, health and safety requirements, and emergency protocols. You will identify and communicate potential issues, assist with resolving operational challenges, and escalate matters when required.
You will maintain accurate production information, schedules, checklists, performance notes, incident reports, and other relevant documentation. You may also support the coordination of artists and external production partners, assist with rehearsals and special events, and contribute to the continuous improvement of stage and entertainment operations.
Because you will represent Savaya Group directly, you will remain professional, calm, organised, and solution-focused while working in busy live entertainment environments. You will help create a high-quality experience for performers, guests, and team members while ensuring that performances reflect the venue’s creative vision and operational standards.
