As a Social Media Content Creator at Savaya Group, you will create, capture, and support the delivery of engaging content for Savaya Group’s social media channels. You will work closely with the Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Guest Experience teams to showcase our venues, events, people, food, beverages, and guest experiences.

This is a creative and hands-on role within a fast-paced international hospitality and entertainment environment in Bali.

What You’ll Experience

What You’ll Be Doing

You will plan, create, and edit engaging photo and video content for Savaya Group’s social media channels. This may include short-form videos, social media stories, reels, venue photography, event coverage, behind-the-scenes content, guest experiences, food and beverage content, and other creative assets.

You will work with the Marketing and Creative teams to understand content requirements, campaign objectives, brand guidelines, target audiences, and publishing schedules. You will help develop content ideas, prepare shot lists, coordinate with relevant teams, and ensure content is captured efficiently during daily operations and special events.

During service and events, you will capture the atmosphere, energy, people, products, and experiences that represent Savaya Group. You will remain aware of guest privacy, venue procedures, operational requirements, and brand standards while working in busy hospitality environments.

You will support the editing and preparation of content for different platforms and formats, ensuring that visuals, captions, music, text, and presentation are appropriate for the brand and audience. You may also assist with content calendars, asset organisation, trend research, performance monitoring, and maintaining an organised digital content library.

Because you will represent Savaya Group directly, you will create content that is authentic, visually appealing, consistent, and aligned with the company’s image. You will also communicate professionally with guests, team members, creators, photographers, videographers, and external partners when required.

• Can you use a smartphone or camera to capture high-quality photos and videos?

• Are you familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube?

• Do you have experience using editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar software?

• Can you manage multiple content tasks, deadlines, files, and creative requests in an organised way?

• Are you comfortable collaborating with Marketing, Creative, Operations, Guest Experience, and Service teams?

• Can you communicate effectively in English? Additional language skills are welcome.

• Are you available to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, evenings, and during special events?

• Have you worked in social media, content creation, photography, videography, marketing, hospitality, events, or entertainment? Experience is welcome, but not essential.
