As a Barback at Savaya Group, you will support the bar and service teams by keeping bar stations clean, fully stocked, and ready throughout service. You will ensure glassware, silverware, dishes, beverages, and other supplies are available when needed.

This is a hands-on role within a high-volume restaurant and lounge environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will prepare and restock bar stations with beverages, ice, glassware, silverware, dishes, garnishes, and other supplies. Throughout service, you will keep the bar and surrounding areas clean, organized, and safe.

You will also collect and polish glassware, transport stock, remove used items and waste, and supply the service bar with food or operational items when required. You will coordinate closely with the Bartenders, Kitchen, and Service teams to maintain an efficient flow during busy periods.

As part of the wider team, you may also support the promotion of the restaurant and lounge experience by engaging professionally with guests and helping build positive guest relationships.
