About the Role

As a Steward Daily Worker, you will support our kitchen and operations team by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and hygiene throughout the working areas. From washing and organizing kitchen equipment to keeping dishwashing and back-of-house areas clean, your support will help the team maintain an efficient and well-organized operation.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in professional kitchen operations, develop your teamwork skills, and learn the importance of cleanliness and hygiene in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for washing, cleaning, and organizing kitchen equipment, utensils, plates, glasses, and other service items. Throughout the shift, you will help maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area, kitchen, storage areas, and other back-of-house spaces.

You will also assist with garbage and waste handling, keep cleaning supplies properly organized, support the kitchen team with basic cleaning tasks, and ensure equipment and work areas are ready for service.

Because you will be working in a busy kitchen and back-of-house environment, following hygiene, safety, and operational procedures will be an important part of your role.
