As a Bar Supervisor at MANUZA, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring every beverage meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. You will lead the bar team during service, maintain smooth and efficient operations, and ensure the bar consistently represents the standards of the venue.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is confident on the floor, attentive to detail, and able to lead a team while maintaining a positive and professional approach.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will oversee the day-to-day operation of the bar during service, ensuring guests receive attentive, efficient, and professional service at all times. You will remain visible on the floor, respond to guest needs, and help resolve any service concerns with confidence and discretion.

You will supervise the preparation and service of beverages, ensuring that drinks are produced efficiently and consistently according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines. You will monitor product quality, bar cleanliness, equipment, and overall station readiness throughout service.

As a supervisor, you will lead by example and support the bar team in maintaining high standards of service, grooming, professionalism, and teamwork. You will delegate tasks, monitor performance, provide guidance, and coach team members to continuously improve their skills and service delivery.

You will also support opening and closing procedures, stock monitoring, equipment care, and other operational requirements. During busy services and special events, you will help coordinate the team and ensure the bar operates efficiently while maintaining a positive and composed attitude.

Could This Be You?

• Do you have previous experience as a Bartender, Senior Bartender, Bar Supervisor, or similar role?

• Do you have strong knowledge of beverages, bar operations, and service standards?

• Can you consistently maintain high standards of beverage quality and presentation?

• Are you confident leading and supervising a bar team during busy service?

• Can you coach, motivate, and support team members effectively?

• Are you comfortable interacting directly with guests and handling service concerns professionally?

• Are you organised and able to maintain efficient bar operations during high-volume periods?

• Do you have strong attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude?

• Do you understand stock control, equipment care, and bar cleanliness standards?

• Are you comfortable working shifts, late nights, weekends, and public holidays?

• Can you communicate professionally in English and Bahasa Indonesia?
