As a Technical Production Coordinator, you will play an important role in coordinating and supporting technical production requirements across Savaya’s venues and events. From sound and lighting to LED screens, audiovisual equipment, staging, and other technical setups, you will help ensure every element is properly prepared, installed, tested, and ready for operation.

This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who is organised, technically capable, and comfortable working with multiple teams in a fast-paced hospitality and events environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will coordinate day-to-day technical production requirements across Savaya’s venues and events, working closely with internal operations teams, technical crews, vendors, and external partners.

You will assist in preparing technical requirements, equipment lists, setup schedules, and production timelines based on venue and event needs. You will coordinate equipment delivery, installation, setup, testing, and dismantling to ensure all technical elements are ready within the required timeframe.

During events and live operations, you will support the technical team on-site and monitor the readiness and operation of sound systems, lighting, LED screens, audiovisual equipment, staging, and other technical setups. You will help identify and troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the relevant technical personnel or vendors to resolve them efficiently.

You will also support routine equipment maintenance, inventory tracking, storage, and proper handling of technical assets. You will ensure that technical setups and operations follow venue requirements, event specifications, safety procedures, and Savaya’s standards.

Could This Be You?

• Do you have experience in technical production, event production, AV, entertainment, or a similar role?

• Have you worked with sound, lighting, LED screens, audiovisual equipment, staging, or related technical systems?

• Are you comfortable coordinating technical setups, equipment testing, and on-site execution?

• Can you effectively coordinate with internal teams, technical crews, vendors, and external partners?

• Are you organised and able to manage multiple production requirements and timelines?

• Are you comfortable troubleshooting technical issues and finding practical solutions?

• Do you have good attention to detail and understand the importance of technical readiness?

• Do you understand basic equipment handling, maintenance, and safety procedures?

• Are you comfortable working shifts, evenings, weekends, public holidays, and during event hours?

• Can you communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia?
