As Marketing Supervisor for Savaya Group, you will support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies across our portfolio of hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, and entertainment brands. You will work closely with Marketing, Creative, Sales, F&B, Operations, Entertainment, PR, and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered creatively, accurately, and on time.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable moving between social media, content, events, digital campaigns, and on-the-ground activations in a fast-paced international environment.
What You’ll Experience
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

What You’ll Be Doing
You will support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing annual, seasonal, and campaign-specific marketing plans across Savaya Group’s brands and destinations.
You will take ownership of day-to-day marketing execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered according to strategy, timelines, budgets, and brand standards. This will include social media, digital campaigns, email marketing, website updates, event promotions, partnerships, and content initiatives.
You will manage the group's social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, community management, copywriting, and user-generated content. You will work closely with the creative team to ensure visuals and messaging are consistent with each brand's identity and positioning.
You will support paid social media campaigns, monitoring audience targeting, campaign performance, engagement, traffic, and other key metrics. You will compile regular reports and use insights from social media, website, sales, and campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement.
You will play an active role in promoting events, international DJ performances, venue activations, and special occasions. Working closely with Entertainment and Booking teams, you will ensure artist announcements, event information, ticketing details, and promotional materials are accurate and delivered on time.
You will also support on-site marketing during key events, including managing live social media content, coordinating photographers and videographers, and ensuring important moments are captured and communicated in real time.
You will assist with influencer visits, PR activities, media partnerships, press kits, brand presentations, and other external communications. You will coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure projects are delivered to the required quality, timeline, and budget.
You will also oversee the group's digital content and asset library, ensuring photography, video, marketing materials, and other assets are properly organized and accessible to internal teams and external partners.
Could This Be You?
Do you have 3–5 years of progressive marketing experience?
Have you worked in luxury hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, F&B, travel, or a premium lifestyle brand?
Have you marketed large-scale events, music events, or international DJ performances?
Are you confident managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms?
Can you create engaging content plans, captions, and campaign copy?
Are you comfortable managing paid social media campaigns and analyzing performance?
Do you understand SEO/SEM, CRM, website management, and digital marketing fundamentals?
Can you turn marketing data and performance reports into actionable insights?
Are you confident coordinating photographers, videographers, designers, agencies, influencers, and media partners?
Can you manage multiple campaigns, events, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment?
Do you have strong communication, presentation, and project management skills?
Do you have a strong eye for luxury branding, creative content, and visual quality?
Are you proactive, resilient, highly organized, and comfortable taking ownership?
Can you work closely with senior stakeholders, international partners, artists, and venue teams?
Are you comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays when required for events?
Do you have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field?
Are you fluent in written and spoken English, with additional languages being an advantage?
