As Receiving & Storekeeper for Zumana and Manuza, you will be responsible for managing the daily receiving, storage, and stock movement of products across both outlets. You will work closely with Purchasing, Culinary, Bar, Operations, Cost Control, and Finance to ensure all products are received accurately, stored properly, and available when needed.

This is a hands-on, outlet-based role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain strong stock controls while responding to the fast-paced needs of daily hospitality operations.

What You’ll Experience

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage daily receiving and store operations for two dynamic hospitality venues

• Work directly with Purchasing, Culinary, Bar, Operations, Cost Control, and Finance

• Check incoming products for the correct quality, quantity, specification, and condition

• Maintain organized and accurate storage areas

• Control stock movement, issuance, and replenishment

• Monitor product freshness, expiry dates, and stock rotation

• Support accurate inventory and minimize stock discrepancies, damage, and wastage

• Take ownership of receiving and stock-related operational requirements

What You’ll Be Doing

You will manage the daily receiving and store activities for Zumana and Manuza, including food, beverages, operating equipment, cleaning supplies, and other outlet necessities.

You will receive incoming deliveries and verify products against purchase orders, delivery notes, and required specifications. You will check quantities, quality, freshness, expiry dates, packaging, temperature where applicable, and overall product condition. Any shortages, damages, incorrect items, substitutions, or quality issues must be identified and reported to Purchasing and the relevant outlet teams.

Once deliveries are accepted, you will ensure products are properly recorded, labeled, stored, and transferred to the appropriate storage areas. You will maintain proper storage conditions and follow FIFO/FEFO principles where applicable to support product quality and minimize wastage.

You will also manage the daily issuing of stock to Culinary, Bar, and Operations teams based on approved requisitions, ensuring all stock movements are properly documented. Regular stock counts, inventory checks, and reconciliation of physical stock against records will be part of your responsibilities.

You will maintain clean, organized, and secure storage and receiving areas while following food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards. You will work closely with Cost Control and Finance to investigate stock variances and ensure receiving and inventory records remain accurate.

• Have you worked in receiving, stores, warehouse, or inventory within a hotel, restaurant, beach club, nightclub, or other hospitality venue?

• Are you familiar with receiving and storing food, beverages, operating equipment, and general outlet supplies?

• Can you accurately check deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documents?

• Do you understand product quality checks, expiry dates, FIFO/FEFO, and proper storage procedures?

• Can you identify and report damaged, expired, incorrect, or short-delivered products?

• Are you comfortable managing stock issues, transfers, and daily requisitions?

• Can you conduct physical stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies?

• Do you understand the importance of accurate receiving and inventory records for Cost Control and Finance?

• Can you keep receiving and storage areas clean, organized, and efficient?

• Can you work effectively with Purchasing, Culinary, Bar, Operations, Cost Control, and Finance?

• Are you able to work independently while responding to urgent operational requirements?

• Can you communicate professionally in both English and Bahasa Indonesia?
