We are looking for a Daily Worker Steward to support the team at Manuza in Bali. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen and back-of-house areas while supporting the team during daily operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitise kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and utensils.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen, back-of-house, and storage areas.

• Support the kitchen team with cleaning, preparation, and general operational tasks.

• Handle waste disposal and maintain clean waste areas.

• Assist with moving and organising kitchen supplies when required.

• Support opening, closing, and deep-cleaning activities.

• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Steward, Dishwasher, Cleaner, or similar role is preferred.

• Hospitality experience is an advantage.

• Reliable, hardworking, and responsible.

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Physically fit and comfortable with standing and manual work for extended periods.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

• Basic English communication skills are preferred.
