Restaurant Internship | Head Office | Bali
Build hands-on experience in restaurant operations and hospitality projects while learning from a collaborative Restaurant team in Bali.
We are looking for a Restaurant Intern to join the Head Office team in Bali and gain practical experience supporting restaurant operations, administration, and hospitality projects. You will work closely with the restaurant operations, service, kitchen, marketing, finance, and management teams to support the smooth and efficient delivery of daily business activities.
This is a learning-focused opportunity for someone who is organised, enthusiastic, and interested in developing a career in restaurant and hospitality management. You will assist with operational coordination, documentation, communication, reporting, and project support while learning about the standards and processes that support successful restaurant operations.
Main Responsibilities
Support the Head Office and restaurant operations teams with daily administrative and operational tasks.
Assist with preparing, organising, and maintaining restaurant documents, checklists, reports, schedules, and records.
Support communication between Head Office, restaurant teams, suppliers, and other business partners when required.
Assist with monitoring operational standards, service procedures, cleanliness, guest experience, and restaurant compliance.
Collect, organise, and update information from restaurants and operational departments for reporting purposes.
Assist with preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, presentations, and business updates.
Support the coordination of meetings, training sessions, restaurant visits, events, and operational projects.
Assist with menu updates, product information, promotional materials, restaurant communications, and other business content when required.
Help maintain accurate records of supplies, equipment, maintenance requests, stock information, and operational requirements.
Support research into restaurant trends, competitor activity, guest preferences, and hospitality best practices.
Assist with data entry, filing, document control, and the organisation of digital and physical records.
Follow company policies, confidentiality requirements, workplace procedures, and professional standards at all times.
Visit restaurant locations or assist operational teams when required to better understand restaurant workflows and business needs.
Share observations, ideas, and improvement suggestions with the relevant Supervisor or Manager.
Complete other administrative, operational, and project-related tasks as directed by the Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements
Currently studying or recently graduated in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong interest in restaurant operations, hospitality, food and beverage, and business administration.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage documents, information, and assigned tasks effectively.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools.
Good attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
Ability to follow instructions, learn new procedures, and complete tasks within agreed deadlines.
Positive, proactive, reliable, and willing to take responsibility for assigned work.
Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative team.
Comfortable communicating with team members across different departments and locations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle company information responsibly.
Flexible approach and willingness to support changing operational and business requirements.
Basic English communication skills are required; additional language skills are an advantage.
Availability to complete the required internship period in Bali.
