We are looking for a marketing internship to join our Head Office team in Bali and support the growth of our hospitality and lifestyle brands. You will contribute to the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social media, content, events, partnerships, and brand communications.

This is a collaborative and hands-on role for someone who understands the hospitality industry, enjoys developing creative ideas, and can manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and commercial focus.

What You’ll Experience

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support marketing activities across a growing hospitality and lifestyle portfolio

What You’ll Be Doing

You will support the development and implementation of marketing plans aligned with business objectives and brand standards. This may include coordinating social media campaigns, content calendars, digital marketing activities, promotional materials, events, partnerships, public relations, and venue communications.

You will work with internal teams and external partners to coordinate timelines, deliverables, budgets, and campaign requirements. You will also assist with content creation, copywriting, photography and videography coordination, website updates, email marketing, and other digital marketing activities as required.

You will monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using relevant marketing metrics. You will stay informed about hospitality, travel, lifestyle, and digital marketing trends, while bringing forward ideas that improve brand visibility, guest engagement, and commercial performance.

Could This Be You?

• Do you have experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, communications, or a related field?

• Have you worked in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, lifestyle, events, travel, or another customer-focused industry?

• Can you plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels and deadlines?

• Are you confident creating and managing social media content and marketing communications?

• Do you have strong copywriting, editing, presentation, and verbal communication skills?

• Are you familiar with digital marketing channels such as social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, websites, and online advertising?

• Can you work effectively with creative teams, venue teams, agencies, suppliers, and other stakeholders?

• Do you have strong organisational skills and attention to detail?

• Are you creative, commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects?

• Can you use feedback constructively and maintain a high standard of work?

• Are you comfortable working in Bali and supporting events or activities outside standard office hours when required?

• Can you communicate professionally in English? Additional Bahasa Indonesia skills are an advantage.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management, content, or communications is preferred.

• Knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems, Google tools, and digital marketing analytics is an advantage.

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or other design and content tools is beneficial.

• Strong project management, time management, and problem-solving skills.

• A positive, collaborative, and flexible approach to work.
